Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness - West Coast Fitness in Walnut Creek, CA, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to be the studio’s face and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses are provided along with access to Orangetheory classes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with strong sales prowess
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Functional computer skills: MS Office, site navigation, reporting and data entry
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday and weekend hours
• Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment
• Health- and fitness-minded
• High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with members and guests and follow up on membership status
• Deliver a friendly, inclusive experience for all members and guests
• Meet and exceed membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
• Maintain a safe, clean studio environment and assist with onboarding of members
• Process credit card transactions and assist with studio operations
• Host studio tours and engage prospects to drive traffic and sales
