Job summary

Alo Yoga seeks a Stock Manager to lead store operations, inventory accuracy, and labor planning. You will work with the General Manager to maintain a customer-ready store and implement operational standards across the sales floor.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics, ensuring efficient deliveries and a safe, compliant work environment. This full-time role requires availability for opening/closing and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Champion strong operational standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager.
• Review, monitor and partner with General Manager to manage the budget, reporting and other business data; including metrics and inform planning processes.
• Future planning workflow business needs to protect optimal performance.
