Imagine Group in California is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Theatrical standee display, 3D billboards, fabrication and experiential projects from concept to delivery. You will own the product lifecycle, ensure brand integrity, and coordinate with clients and partners to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience managing large projects with tight deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of Theatrical standee display, 3D billboards, fabrication and experiential from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to ensure brand integrity and creative intent of the final product is met.
• Align with the Account team to manage client expectations and project milestones.
• Coordinate with service departments (creative, engineering, fabrication, color, pre-press, print production, logistics, estimating and purchasing) to meet objectives.
• Ensure file prep by Color/Finishing and Prepress meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
• Oversee that production requirements are followed throughout the job.
• Set & Publish production work back schedules for all deliverables with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage project costing estimates and budgets through lifecycle.
• Direct outsourcing with vendors and ensure on-time delivery of final product.
• Understand manufacturing specs including material selection used across projects.
