Job summary

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a fast‑paced agency or similar environment.
• Proven customer service excellence with internal and external partners.
• Experience coordinating studio assets and multi‑channel output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Studio, Marketing Project, and Creative Managers to define deliverables and timelines.
• Master Workfront to track, allocate resources, and execute projects end‑to‑end.
• Handle day‑to‑day challenges and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead and document project meetings with clear feedback and action items.
• Be the primary contact for project tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to refining the full funnel process for Creative Services + Studio.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
