Job summary

FieldWrk, LLC is seeking a Creative Project Manager to turn client partners into raving fans by delivering work they value and an experience they want to talk about.

You will own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts, manage project scopes and hours, coordinate onboarding and deliverables, and QA creative outputs. Build timelines in Monday.com and support Sr. CPM and the Director to scale partnerships.

Qualifications

• ,4+ years of client-facing account management, project management, or project coordination experience (creative agency preferred).
• Strong client communication and expectation management skills, with confidence leading client meetings
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• A sharp eye for detail, with strong writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of marketing and creative services and workflows
• Comfort tracking hours, scope, and budgets
• Very proficient in project management software (ex: Monday.com)

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts by serving as the day-to-day point of contact, understanding client objectives, and delivering consistently, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to agency growth.
• Manage project scopes, hours, and partnership engagements by tracking retainer usage, flagging scope issues early, and scoping smaller projects and add-ons for existing clients.
• Keep the PM department running smoothly by owning coordination, project setup, client onboarding, and deliverable QA, giving Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director more room for strategic account work.
• The skills you possess: At least 4 years of client-facing account management, project management, or project coordination experience (creative agency preferred).
