• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills and math/analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage daily production studio workflow to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate routing and approval process with accuracy.
• Partner with account and creative teams for consistency across media.
• Review project inputs, request missing details, maintain specs.
• Source and manage vendors, obtain estimates, issue POs, maintain relationships.
• Track costs, prepare client-ready estimates, resolve billing issues.
• Proofread copy, layouts, and production art before release.
• Oversee production supplies and studio needs.
• Secure sequential approvals to ensure timely delivery of materials.
