Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support Content Studio operations in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on receiving, tracking, and managing merchandise and props throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring availability for scheduled photo and video shoots.

The role is onsite in Grand Rapids, with responsibilities spanning procurement, preparation, and accurate record-keeping in studio systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Finance or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of previous merchandise coordination, inventory management and/or logistics experience.
Experience in a studio environment, warehouse, or stock room.
Experience using MAC operating systems; proficient with MS Office, Outlook & Internet apps.

Responsibilities

Receive and log merchandise into Creative Force; maintain accurate inventory/location data as items move through the workflow.
Track expected merchandise and alert producers when items are late, missing, or unavailable for production.
Oversee merchandise lifecycle including purging/disposition at the appropriate time.
Procure and transfer merchandise and props from Meijer stores for shoots.
Assist with merchandise prep such as steaming, ironing, and photo-readiness.
