Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to manage merchandise through the content production lifecycle from receipt to disposition. This onsite Grand Rapids role supports production teams and prop procurement for photo and video shoots.

Ideal candidates will track inventory accurately, coordinate with producers, and maintain studio systems while handling bulk merchandising tasks and setup for softlines. Flex Force assignments may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Finance or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years merchandise coordination, inventory management or logistics experience.
• Experience in studio/warehouse/stock room environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel especially.
• Strong data entry, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track merchandise through the studio workflow and update inventory/location records.
• Communicate with producers about late or missing items for scheduled production.
• Manage lifecycle of merchandise, including disposition after production.
• Procure and transfer merchandise/props from Meijer stores for shoots.
• Prepare merchandise (steam/iron) for photography/video shoots.
• Maintain accurate records in Creative Force and related systems.
