Job summary

Marks (part of Propelis) seeks a Merchandise Coordinator to manage merchandise throughout the content production lifecycle in Grand Rapids, MI. You will receive, track, and inventory items, coordinate needs with production teams, and support procurement and preparation for photo/video shoots.

This onsite role requires strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment. Proficiency with Creative Force and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Finance or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience coordinating merchandise, inventory, or logistics
• Experience in a studio/warehouse environment
• Experience using MAC operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office tools
• Ability to stand on a cement studio floor for a full workday
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming merchandise into Creative Force and maintaining inventory/location data
• Tracking merchandise and communicating with producers about delays or missing items
• Managing merchandise lifecycle through production including disposition and purge
• Procuring and transferring merchandise and props from Meijer stores for shoots
• Supporting merchandise preparation (e.g., steaming, ironing, photo-ready)
• Maintaining accurate merchandise records in studio systems
