Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support Content Studio operations in Grand Rapids, MI. You will receive and track merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy in studio systems, and coordinate needs with production teams to ensure items are ready for photo and video shoots.

• Receive and track merchandise and maintain inventory in studio systems
• Track expected merchandise and inform producers when items are late/missing
• Manage merchandise lifecycle through production and disposition
• Procure and transfer merchandise and props from Meijer stores for shoots
• Support merchandise preparation (steaming, ironing, photo-ready)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Creative Force and related systems
