Makemarks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support Content Studio operations in Grand Rapids, MI. You will receive and track merchandise, maintain inventory, coordinate needs with production teams, and ensure items are ready for scheduled shoots.
Responsibilities include procuring merchandise from Meijer stores, updating Creative Force records, and keeping accurate records across studio systems. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to succeed.

The Merchandise Coordinator supports Content Studio operations by managing merchandise throughout the content production lifecycle. This role is responsible for receiving and tracking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory and location information within studio systems, coordinating merchandise needs with production teams, and ensuring products are available and prepared for scheduled photo and video production. The Merchandise Coordinator also supports merchandise and prop procurement, product preparation, and timely disposition of merchandise following production.
This is an onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Bachelors or better.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Moderate-level skill in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
Experience using MAC operating systems
Experience working in a studio environment, warehouse, or stock room
Years of previous merchandise coordination, inventory management and/or logistics experience
