Job summary

Meison is seeking a Studio Production Coordinator in Grapevine, TX to manage day-to-day photo and lifestyle shoot logistics, studio operations, and vendor partnerships. You will be the central operational liaison, coordinating shot lists, sample inventory, and space and prop management while collaborating with brand marketing and merchant teams on creative expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Photography, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in production coordination, creative planning, or commercial studio operations; retail production is a plus.
• Vendor & workflow management: experience with multiple vendors and familiarity with creative workflows, shot list planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical skills: basic knowledge of photo studio workflows, Capture One, or Adobe Photoshop; retouching is a plus.
• Core competencies: strong organization, interpersonal communication, detail orientation, continuous learning, multitasking and proactive problem-solving.
• Execution: ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Physical requirements: capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods during shoots.

Responsibilities

• Studio Planning & Logistics: Coordinate studio production planning, scheduling shoot timelines, and managing vendor partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand marketing and merchant teams to align shot lists and creative expectations.
• Sample Management: Oversee end-to-end sample management, including tracking, receiving, organizing, and preparing product inventory for shoots.
• Prop & Set Management: Source, fulfill, organize, and manage props; set up and maintain studio spaces and equipment.
• On-Set & Shoot Support: Assist with staging, packing, and logistics; support photo teams during shoots.
• Workflow & File Management: Organize, track, and manage studio files and operational workflows.
• Post-Production Support: Perform image retouching and color accuracy adjustments as needed.
