Job summary

You will lead a team of digital techs, video editors and retouchers, ensuring brand-consistent imagery and high-quality video content from ingest to delivery. You will drive new workflows with AI and CGI inputs, manage assets and budgets, and partner with photographers, stylists and marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team of digital techs, editors, and retouchers.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Capture One.
• Experience with digital asset management systems.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Background in commercial photography, e-commerce, fashion, or retail photography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital asset management (DAM) and ensure brand guideline adherence.
• Integrate and maintain new tools and collaboration software.
• Direct freelance, agency and overseas retouching resources to complete the required work efficiently.
• Manage video post-production and editing.
• Create and maintain a retouching style guide.
• Tag and catalog assets for ecommerce deployment.
• Improve post-production workflow with automation and AI capabilities.
• Provide project status dashboards and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
• Manage post-production budget with the production team.
