This role manages the end-to-end image editing workflow, including color correction, retouching, file management, quality assurance, and final asset delivery. The manager leads a team of digital techs, video editors and retouchers. They coordinate with photographers, stylists, art directors and the marketing design team. They help build new workflows with evolving Ai and CGI content inputs. The role includes ensuring that files are promptly ingested, redundantly backed up, organized, and properly prepared for a smooth transition into post-production.

Successful candidates possess strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Capture One, generative Ai image manipulation and fabrication, experience with digital asset management systems, Microsoft Office, exceptional attention to detail, project management expertise, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. A background in commercial photography, e-commerce, fashion, or retail photography is typically preferred.
