Qualifications

5+ years producing in an agency, production company, or in-house creative team, with post-only, content-capture, and small/mid live-action experience.
Directly supervising or managing a producer is required.
Track record of managing a high-volume slate with shifting timelines and small-to-medium budgets.
Hands-on experience using AI generation tools in production work.
Interest and aptitude in developing people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

Run production end-to-end—from scoping and bidding through wrap and delivery—for post-only, capture, and live-action projects.
Manage a high-volume, constantly changing slate with distinct budgets and timelines.
Produce internal director-led shoots and content-capture-only shoots, including pitches and case studies.
Build and manage budgets, bid, negotiate with vendors, and reconcile costs.
Create realistic schedules that absorb shifting timelines and competing priorities.
Staff freelance crews, editors, and vendors appropriate to the job scale.
