Job summary
The Malco Group is seeking a motivated Studio Photo & Video Associate to join the in-house Studio & Design team in Annandale, MN. You will capture product photography and video, edit assets, and ensure brand-consistent outputs across Malco Tools and sub-brands.
You will learn studio workflows, manage assets in PIM/DAM, and grow into independent ownership of projects, reporting to the Studio Production Lead. The role includes on-site shoots and collaboration across marketing and sales.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years hands-on photography or video production experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating product, commercial, or brand photography/video work.
- Foundational lighting and editing skills.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camera Raw).
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Capture product photography and video in-studio and on-location per brand standards.
- Edit photos and video for web, social, retail, and training formats.
- Prepare files and manage assets in PIM/DAM system.
- Assist with basic motion graphics using templates.
- Support on-site shoots at trade shows, events, and influencer shoots.
- Maintain studio and equipment.
