Job summary

The Malco Group seeks a Marketing Operations Administrator to drive team coordination and on-time deliverables, managing Malco Store operations, inventory, POs, printing, and vendor relations, while maintaining the PIM/DAM asset library and updating product data on the website.

This role supports campaigns, product launches, sales teams, and events with data-driven insights, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, customer service, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, customer service, or sales.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Entering and tracking tasks in the project management system with complete details and manager review.
• Overseeing Malco Store operations, inventory, POs, printing, and vendor relations.
• Submitting/receiving purchase orders and coordinating with 3PL providers for printing and shipping.
• Monitoring Malco Store inventory and reporting on orders with insights.
• Maintaining PIM/DAM assets and updating product data on the website.
• Producing basic reports on inventory, orders, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service, planning, external agencies, and Taylor Corp.
