Job summary

The Malco Group is seeking a motivated Studio Photo & Video Associate to join the in-house Studio & Design team in Annandale, MN. You will capture product photography and video, edit assets, and help maintain the growing asset library under supervision.

You’ll learn studio workflows, file-naming conventions, and PIM/DAM systems while collaborating with product management, marketing, and sales to deliver on-brand visual content. Growth into short-form video is supported.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on photography and/or video production experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating product, commercial, or brand photography/video work is preferred.
• Foundational photography and video production skills, including capture, basic lighting, and basic editing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camera Raw) or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Capture standard and creative product photography and video in-studio and on-location, ensuring consistent lighting and composition.
• Support photo and video projects from setup through delivery, including 360 images and basic motion graphics.
• Edit photos, audio, and video to optimize for web, social, retail, and training formats.
• Organize and upload assets to the studio’s asset management system, following naming conventions.
• Assist with in-field shoots at job sites, following PPE and safety guidelines.
• Provide on-site production support at trade shows, events, and influencer shoots.
