LeMans Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a detail-oriented Photographer Assistant to support our photography and digital content team. The role covers product photography, image editing, DAM, and ecommerce content production to deliver high-quality assets on time.

This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days on-site, focusing on studio and location shoots, asset management, and timely publishing to ecommerce platforms. Ideal candidates have photography training or experience and knowledge of Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Photography or 2–3 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and studio workflows.
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Able to travel up to 10% and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist photographers during studio and location shoots, including setup, lighting, staging, and equipment handling.
• Prepare and style products for photography to ensure accurate and compelling presentation.
• Retouch images including color correction, background cleanup, cropping and optimization.
• Organize, upload, and maintain images and videos within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Apply proper file naming conventions, metadata, and version control.
• Publish approved images and videos to ecommerce platforms.
• Perform quality checks to ensure assets meet brand and ecommerce standards.
• Track asset revisions, approvals, and project deadlines.
• Support studio inventory management and maintain organized workflows.
