Ladders is seeking a Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day flow of studio operations in a fast-paced media environment. You will optimize workflows, maintain project visibility, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with creative, production, and stakeholder teams.

This remote role leverages Airtable, Figma, Frame.io, and Lucid to keep work on track. You will lead by example, manage workloads, and forecast staffing needs to avoid burnout, driving operational excellence

• 10+ years in studio operations or project management in high-volume environments.
• Experience overseeing 15+ concurrent deliverables, including spikes over 30.
• Proficiency with Airtable for workflow management.
• Figma proficiency for reviewing creative work.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and adjacent tools Frame.io and Lucid.

For our client, we are seeking a Studio Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will oversee the day-to-day flow of studio operations, ensuring creative work moves efficiently from intake through delivery. You will be responsible for optimizing workflow processes, maintaining visibility into active projects, and helping the team deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-moving environment. The position partners closely with creative, production, and stakeholder teams to resolve priorities, remove blockers, and keep operations running smoothly.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and manage incoming creative production requests

• Coordinate with creative production tools to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications

• 10+ years in studio operations or project management within high-volume environments
• Proven ability to manage more than 15 concurrent deliverables, including spikes over 30
• Strong experience with Airtable for workflow management
• Figma proficiency for reviewing creative work
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and adjacent tools like Frame.io and Lucid
• Experience tracking team bandwidth and coordinating flex staffing needs
• Cross-functional leadership experience managing diverse creative talents
