Job summary

CADY, the nation’s premier school photography company, is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to support studio operations, guest experience, and sales goals. You'll supervise the team, handle check-in/out, and coach staff during retail hours.

You’ll recruit, train, and schedule the studio team, resolve escalated issues, and help allocate resources. The role offers growth into a people and retail leadership path within CADY.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work weekend hours during busy season.
• Professional demeanor at all times with customers and team members.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members.
• Able to prioritize tasks and lead, supervise, or manage team members.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy to achieve revenue and retail goals.
• Interact with customers to create an amazing experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop the studio team.
• Create schedules and approve time cards.
• Resolve staff or customer issues and prevent recurrence.
• Keep studio floor traffic running smoothly.
• Maintain weekly inventory and studio presentation.
