Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Los Angeles to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will lead inventory accuracy initiatives, manage shipments and floor replenishment, and uphold visual standards while supporting a safe, energetic team environment.

You will partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, reporting, and vendor relationships, mentoring Associates and delivering feedback to fuel growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
• Values feedback and eager to provide feedback.
• High energy and ability to balance fun and work.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and maximize accuracy to reduce shrink.
• Manage shipment, receiving and floor replenishment processes.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, reporting and vendor relationships.
• Coach and develop Operations Associates; recruit and mentor talent.
