The Gleamery is redefining modern dentistry with spa-like studios and hospitality-driven experiences. We seek Dental Assistants who are trusted partners in education, guest care, and studio operations, delivering exceptional preventive and cosmetic care.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology, with a focus on guest experience, scheduling, and efficient clinical flow. Growth opportunities exist as our California studios expand.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant with CA license and active status.
• CPR/BLS certification required or current.
• Experience with orthodontic or aligner workflows preferred.
• Strong patient communication and organization.
• Proficient with dental software and records.

Responsibilities

• Support GleamFit aligner process with dentist and team.
• Capture diagnostic records: photos, scans, X-rays.
• Educate guests on treatment flow and expectations.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide chairside support for exams, whitening, and aligners.
• Maintain sterile, compliant operatory and inventory.
