Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager to lead front-of-house operations and support the Studio Manager in delivering a world-class fitness experience. You’ll engage members, present the OTF concept, and help grow memberships in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, tours, selling memberships, coordinating with trainers, and participating in marketing events, all while maintaining a welcoming, clean studio and a positive team

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to present concepts clearly and engage clients.
• Effective communication and teamwork to support trainers and staff.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers (intros).
• Answer phones and manage front desk tasks.
• Give studio tours to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to drive studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest.
• Handle member concerns professionally to resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
