West Chester Studios and King of Prussia Studios are seeking a Studio Operations Lead to manage day-to-day execution at both locations. You will own session start times, gear setup, and studio readiness to ensure a world-class client experience.

The role requires reliability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving, with duties spanning production setup, editing, CRM logging, and content delivery. Competitive salary and growth within our expanding studio brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with video production or podcast production.
• Reliable and organized.
• Able to edit video content efficiently.
• Takes ownership of their work environment.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Run podcast and video recording sessions at both studios.
• Set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Maintain studio readiness, cleanliness, and organization.
• Edit long-form podcast/video episodes and short-form clips.
• Deliver projects on time and properly organized.
• Log deals and activity in the CRM and close bookings.
