West Chester Studios and King of Prussia Studios are seeking a Studio Operations Lead to manage day-to-day execution at both locations. You will own session start times, gear setup, and studio readiness to ensure a world-class client experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM

West Chester Studios and King of Prussia Studios are growing content studios serving entrepreneurs, podcasters, and brands looking to create high-quality video and podcast content.

We’re looking for a Studio Operations Lead who can own the day-to-day execution and performance of both studios.

This role is for someone who is consistent, proactive, and takes ownership — someone who wants to run a studio environment, not just shoot videos.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for ensuring both studios run smoothly and clients have a world-class experience.

Your work will directly impact:

• Studio revenue
• Client satisfaction
• Content quality
• Operational consistency

You are the operational anchor of both studios.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Sessions & Production

Studio Sessions & Production

• Run podcast and video recording sessions at both studios
• Ensure sessions start on time and run smoothly
• Set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Maintain studio readiness, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure all files (audio video) are captured properly

Editing & Content Delivery

• Edit long-form podcast/video episodes
• Edit short-form social media clips
• Maintain consistent editing quality
• Deliver projects on time and properly organized

Studio Sales & Tours

• Conduct studio tours for prospective clients
• Explain studio packages and pricing
• Close bookings and confirm sessions
• Log all deals and activity in our CRM

Studio Marketing

• Capture content inside the studios
• Produce social media content to promote the studios
• Help maintain a consistent online presence

Operational Ownership

• Improve studio workflows and systems
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure studios are always client-ready
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and experience
