Job summary

Qurate Retail Group is seeking a Coordinating Producer for its Studio Production team at the West Chester, PA location. The role oversees live show production, coordinates crews and studio resources, and leads a growing production team to maximize sales and production value.

The ideal candidate has extensive live broadcasting experience, a track record in leadership and producing, and is able to manage logistics across multiple production groups in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Television, Broadcasting, Communications or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of recent live broadcasting experience and electronic retailing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership influence and producing experience.
• Significant experience managing people, coordinating logistics, and producing productions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of the live show and oversee studio resources.
• Manage production crews and ensure high production values.
• Balance sales and production strategies to keep the show informative and profitable.
• Provide direction to all live production groups and on-air talent during shifts.
• Develop associates and lead the production team both formally and informally.
