Talantir is seeking a Business & Operations Manager for a Chelsea-based interior design studio. This in-person role will serve as the operational backbone of a growing team, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to manage day-to-day operations, financial workflows, and internal processes, aiming to streamline projects and support both business and design efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or office management experience in a design-focused studio.
• Hands-on experience with Design Manager software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
• Manage project financials using Design Manager, including invoicing, purchasing workflows, and basic bookkeeping.
• Support leadership with scheduling, business development tracking, and high-level administrative coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, IT support, building management, and procurement logistics.
• Identify, implement, and continuously refine internal processes to improve team efficiency and workflow clarity.
• Act as a central hub of communication, ensuring alignment across projects, priorities, and deadlines.
