Job summary

Carnival Studios is seeking a Supervisor to support scheduling, performance needs, orientations, and daily office operations for shipboard team members and Shoreside staff.

You will replenish supplies, maintain facilities, and coordinate custodial scheduling, while upholding Carnival’s core behaviors and fostering cross-department collaboration. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and a positive team member experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in music, dance, theater, or performing arts is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in musical theater, dance, cruise entertainment, or related industry.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle is required.
• Experience supporting entertainment or cruise operations with strong organizational skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and performance needs for team members and Shoreside Team.
• Host orientations up to 3 times per week and communicate with team members on a broad range of topics.
• Maintain building function in studios and performer housing; coordinate custodial scheduling.
