Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an experienced coordinator to support ship maintenance and operations from our Miami office. You will manage logistics, administrative tasks, and procurement, collaborating with Technical Ship Leaders and Shoreside teams to ensure timely service delivery.

You will analyze technical performance data, assist in planning and budgeting, and act as a back‑up for the Technical Operations Manager as needed. This role is office‑based with ship-based travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical marine operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for ship maintenance and service deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functional bookings for cabins and riding teams.
• Analyze ship technical performance data to inform long-term planning.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and coordination with service providers.
• Track progress on overdue items and advise on status updates.
• Back up Technical Operations Manager for ship technical issues.
