You will manage logistics, calendars, and project tracking, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining professional communication with designers, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day function of the studio, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain organization across physical and digital systems, including files, contacts, and internal tracking tools.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and team logistics across projects.
• Daily Studio Upkeep.
• Support project flow by maintaining accurate, up-to-date tracking across all active projects.
• Coordinate key milestones including trade days, installations, and deliveries.
• Communicate updates with designers, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and follow-through.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively adjust plans as needed.
