Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations, ensure health and safety standards, and uphold the CorePower experience. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and class programming while fostering a welcoming community for students.

Responsibilities include coordinating systems (POS, online reservations, HRIS), assisting with staffing, teaching up to 6 classes per week if certified, and maintaining a clean,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio operations and maintain health and safety standards.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals: membership growth, retail, programming.
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week (if certified) and sub as needed.
• Manage front desk and greet students, foster community.
• Operate POS, reservations, and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Recruit and train Studio Experience Team members, schedule shifts.
