Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the world-class studio experience, coordinating operations and upholding high health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive growth and develop the skillset to operate a CorePower Yoga studio.

You will engage with the studio community, assist with membership growth and programming enrollment, and ensure the front desk creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiarity with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll) is desirable.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and styles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• College (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of CorePower Yoga values and inspire others.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals including membership growth, retail, outreach, and recruitment.
• Maintain 18–29 hour weekly studio presence, including health/safety protocol execution and front desk support.
• Be flexible with schedule and cover duties as needed, up to 20 hours weekly when Studio Manager absent.
• Manage studio supplies and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for students.
• Engage with studio community, greet students by name, and foster community at the front desk.
• Support teaching team with POS and class prep duties.
