Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is hiring a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and community programming, while managing front-desk duties and delivering excellent student experiences.

You will teach and/or sub classes, coordinate SET and other studio systems, and ensure a welcoming, organized environment that reflects CorePower's values.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values.
• Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service.
• College degree preferred
• Yoga teaching certification preferred
• Familiar with studio systems (POS, HRIS, scheduling, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities.
• Strong time management under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values at all times.
• Support Studio Manager in goals: membership growth, retail, outreach, recruitment, programming enrollment.
• Commit to an 18-29 hour weekly studio schedule including health and safety protocol execution.
• Run studio operations and serve as contact when Studio Manager is away (up to 20 hours).
• Maintain studio supplies and cleanliness; manage towels and amenities.
• Greet students, foster community, and support teachers with POS and class duties.
• Lead orientation and training for Studio Experience Team (SET).
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, reservations, HRIS, help desk).
• Assist with teaching schedule and sub in classes when needed.
