Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to uphold the studio experience and ensure health and safety standards. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, and program enrollment while coordinating day-to-day studio operations.

You will greet students by name, support teaching schedules, and help run the front desk, POS, and studio systems. This role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, payroll, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio operations to support a premier studio experience.
• Greet students by name and serve as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga values.
• Teach a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub as needed.
• Support health, safety, cleanliness, and supply management in the studio.
• Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and training of the Studio Experience Team.
• Drive membership growth, retail sales, and community outreach.
