Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive growth, engagement, and a welcoming student experience.

You will teach when certified, coordinate front-desk duties, oversee supplies, and help recruit staff while embodying CorePower Yoga’s values in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and professional demeanor.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (POS, HRIS, scheduling, payroll).

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values.
• Support Studio Manager in goals: membership growth, retail, outreach, recruitment, programming.
• Maintain 18–29 hour/week studio schedule; assist with front desk and safety protocols.
• Run studio operations when needed; serve as point of contact for students and staff up to 20 hours/week.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming space.
• Greet students by name and foster community inside and outside the studio.
• Support teaching schedule by helping with subbing and readying studio.
