Job summary

SweatHouz is hiring a Studio Manager to open SweatHouz Tuscan Village in Salem, NH. You’ll build a sales and hosting team from day one, drive presales, and set the standard for guest experience as the studio launches ahead of the holiday season.

After opening, you run the studio on the floor, manage the schedule and numbers, coach your associates on their pitch, and hit monthly revenue targets. This role rewards hands-on leadership and a track record of growing memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales.
• At least 1 year managing a team.
• Experience opening studios or retail locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train your founding sales team and drive presales before opening.
• Lead by example on SweatHouz’s sales and operating model to convert prospects into members.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a fully staffed sales team.
• Own the studio’s cleanliness and consistency to elevate every visit.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, and studios to drive early traffic.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plans.
