Job summary

SweatHouz is seeking an experienced Studio Manager-style candidate in Fort Lauderdale to lead membership sales and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will work with the studio team to meet sales goals while maintaining SweatHouz culture and high hospitality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for the SweatHouz brand, with flexibility for a non-traditional schedule in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• At least 1 year prior management experience in spa/salon/fitness.
• 3-5 years membership sales and customer service experience required.
• Strong leadership experience with coaching or mentoring.
• Experience with MindBody or similar CRM/POS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate SweatHouz brand principles in all actions.
• Sell memberships with studio manager to meet goals.
• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Drive guest experience and retention for loyalty.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate studio staff to exceed sales goals.
• Maintain studio culture and support rapid growth objectives.
• Develop partnerships in the community to raise awareness.
• Maintain clean studio areas and assist with SOP implementation.
• Mentor sales associates to deliver high-quality service.
• Support studio-level purchasing and supply inventory.
