Job summary

SweatHouz in Salem, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a top-tier guest experience and drive studio memberships and retail sales. You will help support local expansion and embody SweatHouz’s mission through exceptional service.

Greet guests, present membership options, and collaborate with the studio manager to reach sales targets while keeping suites and spaces spotless. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends; training starts late October/early November.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively promote and sell memberships and packages to guests, demonstrating knowledge of options and benefits.
• Warmly greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience throughout their session.
• Collaborate with the studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
• Escort guests to suites and provide information to enhance their session.
• Prepare suites between sessions and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Inspect suites to uphold high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Manage laundry tasks to ensure clean towels are available for guests.
• Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
