Cella by Randstad Digital in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Contract Sample Coordinator to anchor creative production for a global retail enterprise. You will bridge pre-production planning and on-set execution to ensure merchandise precision across high-volume shoots.

You will partner with art directors, producers, and stylists, manage end-to-end sample intake, and oversee studio inventory in Airtable, driving data integrity and timely production for live shoots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sample coordination or visual merchandise operations experience.
• Experience with high-volume commercial photo studios.
• Proficient with Airtable or similar studio tracking platforms.
• Ability to handle merchandise and equipment up to 50 lbs on set.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sample intake, inspection, and photo-ready assembly.
• Collaborate with on-set art directors, stylists, and producers to resolve issues in real time.
• Oversee studio inventory across Airtable for data integrity and scheduling visibility.
• Manage post-production RTV, archival, and liquidation workflows per enterprise standards.

In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the consultative bridge between pre-production planning and on-set execution to ensure total merchandise precision across high-volume shoots.
