Cella by Randstad Digital in New York, NY is seeking a Digital Asset Management Coordinator on a contract basis to optimize digital media operations and safeguard asset integrity. You will own end-to-end asset intake, validation, and metadata governance across enterprise DAM platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery across global channels.

Strong knowledge of file formats, codecs, and transfer tools like Aspera and Signiant is required, with attention to detail

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital asset management or media operations.
• Familiarity with film/video codecs, frame rates, and captions.
• Experience with enterprise file transfer tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ingestion and metadata validation within DAM platforms to ensure optimal searchability and content integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional media operations teams to execute high-volume content intake, organization, and asset lifecycle management.
• Facilitate secure, high-speed file transfers using industry-standard protocols such as Aspera and Signiant Media Shuttle.
• Enforce digital media technical standards across film, video, and audio formats to optimize post-production workflows and global delivery.

As a Digital Asset Management Coordinator, you will serve as a consultative partner within the media operations division, executing end-to-end asset intake, validation, and metadata governance.
