Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a Vice President of Marketing in San Diego to lead an omni-channel marketing engine for a top financial services brand. You will translate strategic vision into production-level campaigns that acquire and retain commercial customers.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, optimize CAC and ROAS, and push rapid testing across channels. Collaboration with data teams will drive reliable GA4 metrics for executive leadership decisions.

As Vice President of Marketing, You will translate strategic vision into an innovative, omni-channel marketing engine that empowers small businesses with fast, practical access to capital.
