Heyday Skincare is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to partner with the Store Manager and lead a 25+ member team, upholding exceptional service standards and profitability. You will model hospitality, organize operations, and empower staff to deliver Heyday’s signature client experience.

The role emphasizes revenue growth through scheduling, client acquisition, and strong P&L oversight within a fast-growing skincare brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing P&L and achieving financial performance targets across multiple health/wellness locations.
• Basic understanding of employment law, policies, processes, and programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 25+ team members, creating a culture of ownership and results.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to all clients.
• Manage all day-to-day tasks and operations.
• Build and foster relationships with employees and clients.
• Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and shop utilization.
• Assist in developing business plans to achieve shop forecasts and goals.
• Partner with Marketing to develop new client acquisition and retention plans.
• Help manage the shop’s P&L to increase revenue and control expenses.
