Job summary

Heyday is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a 25+ person team and deliver a best-in-class client experience in our New York shops. You will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and foster a collaborative, high-energy workplace that empowers staff and delights clients.

You’ll ensure operational readiness, manage schedules, and partner with marketing to grow client loyalty while safeguarding the shop’s profitability. Previous P&L ownership and travel flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning P&L and financial targets in health & wellness.
• Strong hospitality and client-experience focus.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ team members, creating a culture of ownership and results.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to clients, both internally and externally.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and operations from front of house to back of house.
• Build and foster relationships with employees and clients.
• Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and shop utilization.
• Partner with Marketing to develop new client acquisition and retention plans.
• Help manage the shop’s P&L to increase revenue and control costs.
