Heyday Skincare - Cobble Hill is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, deliver a best-in-class client experience, and drive profitable daily operations. You will model excellence, keep the shop organized and drama-free, and empower colleagues with the tools and information needed for success.

Responsibilities include managing 25+ team members, delivering exceptional service, and partnering with marketing to grow client loyalty and shop performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning P&L and financial targets in health/wacial wellness or beauty sectors.
• Strong focus on guest experience and hospitality driving performance.
• Experience managing a large hourly workforce in a fast-paced retail/retail services setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ team members and foster ownership and results.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to clients; mentor staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations from front to back of house; ensure readiness for business days.
• Build relationships with employees and clients; celebrate team wins daily.
• Drive scheduling optimization to maximize shop revenue and client loyalty.
