Based at the West Hollywood Studio in California, you will drive revenue and profitability, grow membership, and build strong local partnerships while maintaining studio operations to world-class standards. This full-time role offers a generous base salary, a monthly target bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Experience in fitness/beauty/wellness is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
