Job summary

FACEGYM is seeking a Studio Manager for our West Hollywood studio to lead operations, inspire the team, and grow revenue. You will own the guest experience, drive memberships, and represent the brand in the local community.

You will manage daily studio performance, train staff to deliver high-quality workouts, and partner on events to expand FACEGYM’s footprint in Los Angeles. This role combines leadership with hands-on studio operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on with ability to identify opportunities to grow an established business.
• Natural community builder with event/partnerships experience.
• Commercially sharp with numbers, KPIs and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Hollywood studio end to end and drive revenue.
• Develop a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Build local relationships through partnerships, outreach and community events to grow client base.
• Coach and develop the team to meet KPI targets and drive results.
• Grow membership and loyalty through the membership program and client engagement.
• Deliver workouts per protocol with consistent results and handle client feedback.
• Maintain inventory, health & safety, and studio cleanliness; operate POS systems.
