Job summary

FACEGYM West Hollywood Studio is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead our flagship Los Angeles location. You will own the studio end-to-end, build a high-performing team, and deliver a superior client experience while growing revenue and membership.

You will act as the FACEGYM ambassador, develop local partnerships, host events, and ensure seamless operations using Zenoti and POS systems. A strong background in team leadership and KPI-driven performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Experience in fitness, beauty or wellness is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive KPI targets and commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the West Hollywood studio, delivering exceptional client experience and revenue.
• Build strong local relationships through networking, partnerships and community marketing.
• Plan and host events, activations and partnerships to acquire new clients and grow memberships.
• Coach the team to meet KPI targets and maintain high standards of service.
