CorePower Yoga, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in‑studio experience for the CPY community. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and exceeding KPIs.
• Works well cross‑functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and manage teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Drive membership growth through local sales collaboration.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff.
• Meet targets for membership, class count, attendance, and retention.
• Coordinate Teacher Training programs (TT) to support revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team.
• Ensure 40+ hours per week in‑studio and occasional weekends.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week.
• Enforce CorePower Yoga policies and uphold Core Values.
• Partner with analytics to optimize schedule based on attendance.
