Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Atlanta is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience for the community.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, and partner with sales to drive memberships, while sustaining studio growth and a world-class classroom culture.

A minimum of 2 years in studio leadership, facilitation skills, and a 200HR certification are preferred; flexible, weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga.
• Own day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and coordinators.
• Lead membership drives with local sales to achieve studio goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff per class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count, and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience team.
• Ensure 40+ hours weekly, including weekend availability.
• Teach minimum 4 classes per week across formats.
• Communicate policy adherence and uphold CorePower Values.
• Partner with analytics to optimize schedules.
